Over the last year, Lund has been going through a Strategic Planning Process. Out of that process came a new Strategic Plan with four goals that will be our guiding framework to sustain us through the next three years. The goals focus on Mission & Community Engagement, Workforce, Program Quality, and Organizational Health.
