After five meaningful years at Lund, Sharon Lifschutz has announced her decision to transition from her role as Director of Development and Communications. Her last day will be February 6.
During her time at Lund, Sharon built a talented, dedicated team and significantly strengthened our fundraising efforts—work that will have a lasting impact on our mission and the families we serve. Her commitment, strategic leadership, and focus on relationship building helped position Lund for continued growth and long-term success.
“As I transition from Lund, I’m leaving with deep gratitude and pride in what we’ve built. I’m especially thankful to the Lund team, clients, board, donors, community partners, and advocates who have made this impact possible. Helping to lead this work and advancing Lund’s mission has been an honor, and I’ll always be proud of what we accomplished together. Lund’s momentum is real, its purpose is clear, and I have full confidence in what lies ahead,” Sharon shared.
Lund’s leadership team has been working closely with Sharon and her team to ensure a smooth transition, and we’re committed to carrying forward the strong foundation she helped build. Lund remains steadfast, mission-driven, and deeply focused on supporting children and families across Vermont.
