The most recent Employee of the Quarter award was presented to Jane Efremovski. Jane, pictured here on the left with Bob Robinson, the Facilities Coordinator, works as a custodian at both Lund’s residential facility and the Joy drive building. Jane has worked at Lund since 2017.
Jane has been very flexible with the many duties and tasks that have been thrown at him over the past several months. He has done a great job going with the flow and getting things done. He never complains, and is always in a good mood with a smile on his face!
Jane is an all-around good guy and a hard worker. His kind and positive energy is such a welcome presence at Glen Road. He is helpful and thoughtful to staff and assists them in getting their needs met right away. Jane’s gentle demeanor and giant smile are adored by the tall and the small. Kids want to help him operate machinery, clients know he will help them with heavy carrying, and staff know they can count on him.
Jane rarely calls out sick, pitches in whenever asked, and does his best to ensure that everyone has a clean and sanitary place to live and work.
Jane believes in Lund’s clients and children succeeding and wants them to have happy lives. His contributions to that are not overlooked! Jane is a dedicated and valuable employee and we are so lucky to have him on our team. Everyone at Lund sends their heartfelt appreciation to Jane for all that he does.
