Ryan Shumway is a favorite at Lund’s Early Childhood Education Program. He is a natural teacher and loves being around kids, treating them with respect, humor and love. Ryan and his work with Champlain Community Services, a nonprofit that helps people with disabilities find meaningful employment, living conditions and community engagement based in Colchester, were recently profiled in a recent article in the Essex Reporter.
