Make your gift by May 1st, and we’ll send a beautiful card (pictured) with your personalized message letting them know how special they are and that a gift has been made in their honor.
How to request Lund to send a Mother’s Day Card with your custom message:
Step 1. Click here to make your gift.

Step 2. Select the amount of gift amount & navigate to “Tribute Gift” section of the Donation form.
- Check “This gift is in honor, memory, or support of someone” and fill out the name of the Individual.
- Check “Please notify the following person of the gift” and fill out their name and address information.
Step 3. Enter your billing address
- The Mother’s Day Card will have a pre-printed message. If you would like to add a personal message please type it in the “Leave a comment (optional)” section.
- Click Secure Payment Button and Complete your Payment with the payment method of your choice.
