Prom season is coming up and Amy’s Armoire in Barre, VT is hosting a Prom attire giveaway open only to Vermont teens in foster care, adoptive, and kin homes. They have many dresses, dress slacks, dress shirts, ties, and jewelry. They also have some dressy shoes, suits, and suit jackets.

Amy’s Armoire’s mission is to improve the outcomes for Vermont foster/adopted children and youth by connecting families to the resources they need. In addition to providing a place to recycle clothing, they sell items at modest prices. Any funds remaining after operating expenses will be disbursed to support the stabilization of foster/adopted children in their current home to helping foster/adoptive parents have access to the supports they need to succeed.
