Thanks to the amazing generosity of the community, we were able to provide holiday gifts and needed items to over 150 children this year! Thank you, thank you, thank you for donating toys, books, clothes, hats, boots, diapers, wipes, art supplies, formula, snow pants, socks, sports equipment, bedding, watches, and more!
Your gifts were given to teenagers living in foster care, toddlers living with their moms at Lund’s residential treatment facility, babies at Lund’s Independence Place transitional housing facility, families living in rural Vermont who had no other way to receive gifts this holiday season and so many more. Your gifts were given in Burlington, Windsor, Alburgh, Rutland, Colchester, Newport, East Calais and beyond. Thank you.
Thank you for rallying your colleagues, shopping with your children, encouraging your congregation, gathering together your friends, or taking on the challenge all by yourself to make the holidays merry and bright for children that Lund works with.
And an especially HUGE thank you to all the volunteers who came in to help receive donations, greet donors, organize, fold, sort, label, wrap, and keep spirit jolly. We could not have done it without you.
